Brandon earned his Juris Doctorate in 2006 from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business from the University of Florida.
In the early stages of his legal career, Brandon served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County. Over six years, he accumulated extensive trial experience and garnered a stellar reputation among his peers. Brandon excelled as the lead trial attorney for the Sex Offender Division.
In 2013, Brandon shifted gears to embark on his insurance defense career, commencing with a local firm specializing in medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, and general insurance defense. Subsequently, he transitioned to focus on automobile insurance defense, spending the last five years working in-house for two prominent national insurance carriers.
Through these diverse experiences, Brandon has honed valuable insights and skills. His expertise empowers him to deliver exceptional trial presentations to judges and juries, ultimately maximizing best outcomes for his clients.
In recent years, Brandon advocated for Plaintiffs in pursuing their personal injury claims stemming from medical malpractice, automobile accidents, wrongful death, and premises liability. He guided clients from the inception of their cases through trial, handling tasks such as preparing demands and conducting mediation/arbitration. Skillfully negotiated post-verdict/post-settlement bill reductions to enhance clients’ net recovery.
